It was 1958 when designer Gino Sarfatti designed the Flos 2097 suspension lamp for Arteluce. A chandelier that combined traditional and modern forms and which, over the years, has become a style icon and, for Sarfatti, a true trademark.
A completely reinvented chandelier that, more than 60 years later, continues to be an object of desire for lovers of Made in Italy design.
From the simple but defined arms, an important beam of light emanates that can change the atmosphere of the environment in which it is located, also thanks to the fact that the chandelier, today, is available with a different number of bulbs, from 18 to 50.

If until a few years ago the Flos chandelier was illuminated by incandescent bulbs, with a considerable consumption of electricity, today it is used with LED bulbs that fully replicate the style of their predecessors.
On our portal, you can find the Filoled bulb kits, with a pear shape, for the different models of this splendid piece of furniture. All kits, of 18, 30 or 50 bulbs, contain a small stock, and are composed of dimmable pieces that allow you to adjust the light in the room according to your needs.
Nostalgia for the old incandescent lamps that illuminated the Flos 2097? Absolutely none, so much so that today both transparent and frosted ones are available on the market.
