Shipping offered by Oniroview

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are made via carriers with online tracking selected by Oniroview. In this case, and only from the moment the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at the customer's risk.

In the event of theft or loss, Oniroview di Maccarrone Rosario Simone undertakes to send a new product and, if the same is unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, with the same characteristics, with the customer having the right to refuse the new product and request a refund for the product itself.

  • In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Oniroview will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.
  • Delivery times , which are purely indicative, are approximately 2-3 working days from the order date (for products in stock); these may be subject to change due to force majeure (traffic and road conditions in general or by order of the authorities).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

In case of damage due to transport, Oniroview is not responsible for products received damaged.
It is possible to select Express Insured Shipping which insures the contents of the transported goods.
Only in this case will Oniroview replace the damaged products free of charge and/or refund them after reviewing the documentation received from the courier and the customer in the form of written statements and photographic evidence.

Courier type

All our products are shipped via BRT , GLS, SDA, DHL, UPS, and Poste Italiane . The choice of courier is at our sole discretion.

Shipping type

All our products are shipped with two shipping methods chosen by the customer during checkout:

  • Standard 3/5 working days
  • Express 2/3 working days
  • Pick up at the office
  • Shipping to Poste Italiane collection points

Shipping is available throughout Italy, including remote areas.

To ensure timely delivery within the courier's timeframe, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location, such as your workplace or home, if available for daily collection.

We advise against sending packages to hard-to-reach addresses, where the house number is not clearly visible, provincial roads, or remote offices or workplaces. In these cases, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Delivery time valid for most of Italy, excluding remote areas and disadvantaged locations.
Delivery times for islands , remote and remote locations : 5 - 7 working days.
In-store pickup allows you to purchase products on the website with delivery to the Via Piave, 17 - Catania office.
The
service is valid exclusively for customers in Catania and the surrounding area.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in the cart by indicating the destination city and postal code, starting from €4.99 . By purchasing multiple items, you can save on shipping costs by receiving a single package or multiple packages in a single shipment.
Shipping costs may increase for some multiple purchases based on the weight and volume of the item.
For orders over 110 euros, shipping is free, unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping

We ship our products to most major European countries.
We currently deliver to: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, Germany, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Croatia, Ireland, Sweden, Poland, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Malta and Romania.
Please note that we do not ship to Switzerland (CH) and the United Kingdom (UK).
If international shipping is not available to your country, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Orders under 10 Euros

For orders with a total amount of less than 10 euros (of products only), shipping will be automatically carried out using the shipping method. Standard . This policy allows us to maintain the efficiency of our shipping service while offering flexibility to our customers. In this case, the shipping rate is €6.90.

Shipments to postal collection points

For orders placed via delivery to a collection point , the service costs starting from €6.90, varying based on the quantity purchased. This option does not offer free shipping. Collection points include post offices, collection points, self-service lockers, and parcel shops.
B2B orders cannot use this delivery method. Additionally, this option is not available to those using fast payment methods like Apple Pay or PayPal.

🔴 PLEASE NOTE : Packages must be collected from collection points within 7 working days . After this period, the package will be returned to the sender , with the return costs charged to the customer .

Stock and Returns

The courier typically makes one or two delivery attempts (depending on the courier). If the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, after the first or second delivery attempt, the shipment will be held at the courier's premises.
The package in storage must be collected directly by the customer with our prior authorization.
In some cases, the package can be delivered again to the same address or to a different address upon payment of a new shipment at a fixed cost of 7.90 euros to be paid in advance to the seller.
If the customer fails to collect the package from storage, it will be returned to the seller at their expense after 10 days. This amount will be charged to the customer or deducted from any refunds.

Shipment Tracking

All our shipments can be tracked to determine their status and location. The tracking number will be sent to the customer via shipping confirmation email.

Packaging and shipping times

The goods will be shipped the day after receipt of payment, subject to availability of the product or products.
