unless otherwise agreed, are carried out by carriers with online tracking defined by Oniroview. In this case, and only from the moment the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at the customer's risk.

In the event of theft or loss, Oniroview di Maccarrone Rosario Simone undertakes to send a new product and, if the same is not available and/or sold out, it will propose a different product, having the same characteristics, with the customer having the right not to accept this new product and request the issuance of a refund relating to the product itself.

  • In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Oniroview will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.
  • Delivery times , purely indicative, are (approximately) 2/3 working days from the order date (for products ready for delivery); the same may undergo variations due to causes of force majeure (traffic and road conditions in general or by action of the authorities).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded.

In case of damage due to transport Oniroview is not responsible for damaged products received.
It is possible to select Insured Express Shipping which insures the contents of the goods transported.
Only in this case Oniroview will replace the damaged products free of charge after reviewing the documentation received from the courier and the customer in the form of written declarations and photographic evidence.

Type of courier

All our products are shipped via BRT , GLS, SDA, UPS and Poste Italiane couriers. The choice of courier is at our sole discretion.

Shipping type

All our products are shipped with two shipping methods chosen by the customer during the check-out phase:

  • Standard 3/5 working days
  • Express 2/3 working days
  • Collection on site
Shipping is available throughout the Italian national territory, including remote locations.

To guarantee punctual delivery according to the times established by the courier, it is recommended to choose a constantly manned place as the destination for the goods, such as the workplace or home if available for collection on a daily basis.
We do not recommend sending parcels to addresses that are difficult to reach, where the house number is not clearly visible, provincial roads, offices or workplaces in remote streets that are not known. In these cases we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Delivery time valid for most of the Italian territory, excluding remote areas and disadvantaged locations.
Delivery times for islands , disadvantaged and remote locations : 5 - 7 working days.
On-site collection allows you to purchase products on the site with delivery to the headquarters in Via Piave, 17 - Catania. The service is valid exclusively for customers in Catania and Hinterland.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated in the Cart by indicating the city and postcode of destination starting from 5.90 euros . By buying multiple items you can save on shipping costs by receiving a single package or multiple packages in a single shipment.
It may happen that for some multiple purchases the shipping costs increase based on the weight and volume of the item.
For orders over 99 euros, shipping becomes free, unless otherwise specified.

Stocks and returns

Usually the courier makes one or two delivery attempts (depends on the courier). If the recipient is not available for delivery of the goods, after the first or second delivery attempt the shipment will be stored at the headquarters of the courier used for the shipment.
The package in storage must be collected directly by the customer subject to our authorization.
In some cases the package can be delivered again to the same address or to a different address upon payment of a new shipment at the fixed cost of 7.90 euros to be paid in advance to the seller.
If the customer does not collect the package in storage, it will be sent back to the seller after 10 days at the expense of the seller. This amount will be charged to the customer or deducted from any refunds.

Shipment tracking

All our shipments can be monitored to know the status and position of the shipment in the territory. The shipment number will be communicated to the customer via shipping confirmation email.

Packaging and shipping times

The goods will be shipped the day after receipt of payment subject to availability of the product or products.
