Fast shipping from our Catania warehouse.
How to choose the right outdoor wall light
Double-emission Up Down — The most requested model for modern facades: projects light upwards and downwards, creating the classic "hourglass" scenic effect on the wall. Models with adjustable beams (10W and 18W, in white, black, and grey) allow you to narrow or widen the light cone after installation, adapting it to the mounting height.
Single-emission and ceiling lights — To illuminate entrances, house numbers, and pathways without glare. The 21W IP65 round ceiling lights work on both walls and ceilings and also cover garages and external staircases.
Outdoor ceiling downlights — IP54 8W and 12W cylinders and cubes for recessing or mounting under porticos, canopies, and loggias: clean vertical light, zero dispersion on the facade.
Solar with sensor — Photovoltaic lanterns and wall lights with dusk and PIR sensors: no wiring, ideal where there's no power line.
The technical parameters that really matter
- IP Rating: IP54 is suitable for under canopies and sheltered areas; for walls directly exposed to driving rain, choose IP65.
- Color Temperature: 3000K (warm) enhances stone and wood; 4000K (natural) is more modern on light and grey plasters. Adjustable CCT models let you decide after mounting.
- Dual indoor/outdoor power supply: many IP65 wall lights in this series are also certified for indoor use—same aesthetic line inside and outside the house.
Frequently asked questions about outdoor wall lights
Do up-down wall lights illuminate a driveway sufficiently?
Yes, if installed at a height of 180-220 cm every 3-4 meters. A 10W model produces about 800 lumens, sufficient for passage; for resting areas or entrances, go up to 18W.
Can I install them directly in the rain?
With IP65 rating, yes, even on exposed walls. Just check that the rear cable gland is correctly sealed with the supplied rubber grommet.
Can the integrated LED be replaced?
In integrated LED wall lights, no, but the declared lifespan is 25,000-30,000 hours: over 10 years with an average evening use of 6 hours.
