Column desktop mount for two PC monitors from 17 to 32 inches

First, the surface thickness at the exact spot where the clamp will go: the usable range is 10~85 mm, and for thin particleboard surfaces, it is advisable to insert a rigid spacer to distribute the pressure. Second, the VESA hole pattern on the back of the monitors: here you work with 75×75 or 100×100, and on many panels, the holes are covered by the original pedestal mount, so remove it before taking measurements. Third, the desk depth: when you rotate the monitors on the swivel, the edge of the screen moves backward, and the manual is explicit on this point — never extend the monitor beyond the back edge of the desk, because the center of gravity will shift outside the base and the column will tend to tilt. One final tip from the assembly site: if a screen doesn't stay in the position you set after mounting, it's not a defect. The joint tension is adjusted with the supplied Allen keys, as indicated in step 6 of the manual; tighten in small increments until the panel holds, without forcing it further.

Frequently Asked Questions
How thick should the desk surface be?
It depends on the type of mounting. With the clamp, you can work on surfaces from 10 to 85 mm thick, which covers practically all office and home desks. With the grommet mount, the surface must be between 10 and 45 mm, and the pre-existing cable hole must have a diameter between 10 and 60 mm. Both kits are included in the package; you choose during assembly.
Which monitors are compatible?
Flat screens from 17 to 32 inches with a VESA 75×75 or 100×100 mm mount and a maximum weight of 10 kg each. The VESA hole pattern is the distance between the four threaded holes on the back of the panel: if your monitor has a different pattern, for example 200×100, you will need a VESA adapter and not just this mount. The maximum declared compatibility is 100×100 mm.
The monitor drops after a few days: how do I adjust it?
The joint friction needs to be calibrated. The manual provides for the adjustment of the joint screws using the 3 and 5 mm Allen keys provided in the package: adjust the screw on the relevant joint by tightening it progressively until the screen maintains the angle. Avoid over-tightening, which damages the mechanism and reduces holding power instead of increasing it.

Right of withdrawal (within 14 days)
The deadline is 14 days from delivery. If the order includes multiple items delivered separately, the deadline starts from the delivery of the last item.
The 14 days are calculated in calendar days, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

- Return: You must send the products back within 14 days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal.

- Full withdrawal (you return all products in the order): 100% refund of the price plus standard outbound shipping costs. If you chose a more expensive delivery than the standard one at the time of the order, any supplement is not refundable.
- Partial withdrawal (you return only some products): refund of the price of only the returned products; outbound shipping costs are not refunded.
