In addition, smart wifi bulbs allow you to:

• Remote management wherever you are thanks to the App on your smartphone, you can turn your smart home lamps on and off

• You will be able to set rules and automations for the scenarios to turn the lamps on and off when certain conditions occur

PLEASE NOTE: a 2.4ghz wi-fi network, free installation of the SMART LIFE app (free account creation) and device association with the Alexa or Google app are required for correct use of the lamp.

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS VIA SMART LIFE APP AND ALEXA

To configure smart bulbs you need to follow these steps:
-check that your home modem is set to 2.4ghz only
-download and install the SMART LIFE app
-create a free account
-check that your cell phone is connected to the 2.4ghz wifi network
-insert the light bulb and turn it on
-set the bulb in FLASHING mode (to set the bulb in flashing mode you need to turn the bulb on and off 5 times consecutively)
-open the smart life app, click the + button at the top right, then add device
-choose lighting menu, wi-fi klight source
-then you will have to choose your wifi network and enter the relevant password
-follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the cell phone to connect to the device
-the bulb is now connected and it will be possible to control it via the smart life app

ALEXA APP SETUP
-open alexa app
-c go to the "more" menu at the bottom right"
-add / connect the SKILL SMART LIFE
-ACCESS THE DEVICES MENU AND PRESS slill for smart home, THEN activate skilla smart home
-searching for the "smart life" skill we will proceed to enable it for use after logging in via the user and pass used during the installation of the smart life app

it will now be possible to turn the bulbs on and off via voice commands

Shipping
We carry out shipments throughout the national and European territory. Please note that there are restrictions on some products that may not ship to international destinations.

When you place an order, if the product is available for immediate delivery, we will ship within 24 hours. Depending on the shipping service chosen (Express or Standard), delivery times change.

Insured Express Shipping : delivery in 2/3 working days. (Delivery to Sicily in 1 working day), includes insurance that covers damage resulting from transport
Standard Shipping : delivery in 4/5 working days

To guarantee punctual delivery according to the times established by the courier, it is recommended to choose a constantly manned place as the destination for the goods, such as the workplace or home if available for collection on a daily basis.
We do not recommend sending parcels to addresses that are difficult to reach, where the house number is not clearly visible, provincial roads, offices or workplaces in remote streets that are not known. In these cases we cannot guarantee delivery times.

In addition to the costs associated with our products, we also need to consider logistics costs, including warehouse infrastructure, shipping costs and customer service . We constantly try to manage these costs so as not to impact our customers. It is for this reason that we have decided to offer free shipping to all customers who make purchases over €90.00 .

For those who do not reach this threshold, there are two options: you can consider adding a few special light bulbs (a versatile gift to have ready for any occasion) until you reach the minimum amount, or you can opt for the option of adding €5.90 to cover shipping costs .
Heavy or bulky products may not qualify for free shipping.

Returns
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher , a different product or a reimbursement direct with the original payment method.

We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our returns and exchange policy:

• Items in the discounted outlet category are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must still have the original packaging and/or must be returned in the original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
