The diffusion of light is 360°, the brilliance and the warm 3000K shade will make your rooms unique with an effect equal to old incandescent bulbs.

The 2097 is a chandelier designed by Gino Sarfatti for the Italian brand Flos in 1958. The structure is decorated with 18/30/50 LED bulbs (depending on the model) which give the lamp a unique appearance. The 2097 lamp combines the flashiness of traditional chandeliers and the modernist style of the 1950s with a touch of minimalist and industrial aesthetics. With its diameter of 88 cm, 2097 is a perfect lamp for large and wide spaces and its elegance makes it suitable for both classic and modern furnishings.

It is possible to purchase the kit for:

• 2097/18 composed of 20 lamps (18+2 spare)
• 2097/30 composed of 33 lamps (30 + 3 spare)
• 2097/50 composed of 55 lamps (50 + 5 spare)

The light outputs are as follows:
Version 2097/18 has 3420 lumens which correspond to 400W with consumption of 36W
Version 2097/30 is 5700 lumen which corresponds to 700W with consumption of 60W
Version 2097/50 is 9500 lumen which corresponds to 1150W with consumption of 100W

We carry out shipments throughout the national and European territory. Please note that there are restrictions on some products that may not ship to international destinations.

When you place an order, if the product is available for immediate delivery, we will ship within 24 hours. Depending on the shipping service chosen (Express or Standard), delivery times change.

To guarantee punctual delivery according to the times established by the courier, it is recommended to choose a constantly manned place as the destination for the goods, such as the workplace or home if available for collection on a daily basis.
We do not recommend sending parcels to addresses that are difficult to reach, where the house number is not clearly visible, provincial roads, offices or workplaces in remote streets that are not known. In these cases we cannot guarantee delivery times.

In addition to the costs associated with our products, we also need to consider logistics costs, including warehouse infrastructure, shipping costs and customer service . We constantly try to manage these costs so as not to impact our customers. It is for this reason that we have decided to offer free shipping to all customers who make purchases over €90.00 .

For those who do not reach this threshold, there are two options: you can consider adding a few special light bulbs (a versatile gift to have ready for any occasion) until you reach the minimum amount, or you can opt for the option of adding €5.90 to cover shipping costs .
Heavy or bulky products may not qualify for free shipping.

Returns
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher , a different product or a reimbursement direct with the original payment method.

We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our returns and exchange policy:

• Items in the discounted outlet category are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must still have the original packaging and/or must be returned in the original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
