Shipping
We carry out shipments throughout the national and European territory. Please note that there are restrictions on some products that may not ship to international destinations.
When you place an order, if the product is available for immediate delivery, we will ship within 24 hours. Depending on the shipping service chosen (Express or Standard), delivery times change.
Express Shipping : delivery in 2/3 working days. (Delivery to Sicily in 1 working day)
Insured Express Shipping : delivery in 2/3 working days. (Delivery to Sicily in 1 working day), includes insurance that covers damage resulting from transport
Standard Shipping : delivery in 4/5 working days
To guarantee punctual delivery according to the times established by the courier, it is recommended to choose a constantly manned place as the destination for the goods, such as the workplace or home if available for collection on a daily basis.
We do not recommend sending parcels to addresses that are difficult to reach, where the house number is not clearly visible, provincial roads, offices or workplaces in remote streets that are not known. In these cases we cannot guarantee delivery times.
In addition to the costs associated with our products, we also need to consider logistics costs, including warehouse infrastructure, shipping costs and customer service . We constantly try to manage these costs so as not to impact our customers. It is for this reason that we have decided to offer free shipping to all customers who make purchases over €90.00 .
For those who do not reach this threshold, there are two options: you can consider adding a few special light bulbs (a versatile gift to have ready for any occasion) until you reach the minimum amount, or you can opt for the option of adding €5.90 to cover shipping costs .
Heavy or bulky products may not qualify for free shipping.
Returns
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a shopping voucher , a different product or a reimbursement direct with the original payment method.
We ask you to take note of the following exceptions to our returns and exchange policy:
- Items in the discounted outlet category are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must still have the original packaging and/or must be returned in the original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, the preceding paragraphs do not apply with regard to Contracts concluded with Customers with a VAT number.
