Oniroview Shipping and Returns

• Shipping: We offer shipping throughout Italy and Europe, with rates starting from €4.99 and express delivery options (2–3 business days, 1 day in Sicily) and standard delivery (4–5 days). Some products may be subject to international shipping restrictions. Free shipping on orders over €110, excluding bulky items.

• Minimum order: €5 worth of products (excluding shipping).

• Orders under €10: For orders under €10, shipping is automatically standard, at a rate of €6.00.

• Pickup points: Orders can be shipped to pickup points (from €6.90, depending on the quantity), but free shipping is not available. This method is not available for B2B orders or express payment methods such as Apple Pay or PayPal.

• Delivery times: Orders containing items that are ready to ship are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Delivery takes an average of 2–3 business days in major areas. Longer delivery times may occur for islands, remote areas, or during the Christmas period (December 1–31). The dates indicated on the product pages are estimates only and are not binding.

• Returns and exchanges: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, with the option of a store credit, exchange, or refund. Returns do not apply to outlet and B2B items. Items must be returned in perfect condition.

• Damages: In the event of damage during transport, Oniroview is not liable for products received damaged, unless the Insured Shipping option was selected. Only in this case, subject to verification of the documentation, will it be possible to obtain a free replacement or refund for the damaged item.
