Oniroview Shipping and Returns

Shipping : We offer shipping throughout Italy and Europe, with rates starting at €4.99 and options for express delivery (2-3 business days, 1 day in Sicily) and standard delivery (4-5 days). Some products may have restrictions for international shipments. Free shipping on orders over €99, excluding bulky items.
Orders under €10 : For orders under €10, shipping is automatically standard, with a fee of €6.00.
Pickup Points : Orders can be shipped to pickup points (starting at €6.90, depending on quantity), but free shipping is not available. This method is not available for B2B orders or instant payments such as Apple Pay or PayPal.
Delivery times : Orders with items in stock are shipped within 24 business hours. Delivery takes an average of 2-3 business days to major locations. Longer delivery times may occur for islands, remote areas, or during the Christmas period (December 1–31). The dates indicated on the product pages are approximate and non-binding estimates.
Returns and Exchanges : We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, with the option of a credit, exchange, or refund. Returns do not apply to outlet and B2B items. Items must be returned in perfect condition.
Damage : In the event of damage during transport, Oniroview is not responsible for damaged products received , unless the Insured Shipping option has been selected. Only in this case, after verifying the documentation, will it be possible to obtain a free replacement or refund for the damaged item.
