Shipping and Returns Oniroview

Shipping : We offer shipping throughout Italy and Europe, with rates starting from €5.90 and express delivery options (2-3 working days, 1 day in Sicily) and standard (4-5 days). Some products may have restrictions for abroad. Free shipping on orders over €99, except for bulky items.
Orders under €10 : For orders under €10, shipping is automatically standard, with a rate of €6.90.
Pickup points : Orders can be shipped to pickup points (starting from €6.90, depending on quantity), but free shipping is not available. This method is not available for B2B orders or quick payments such as Apple Pay or PayPal.
Delivery times : For orders in stock, dispatch within 24 hours. Please note that longer times may occur for islands, remote locations or during the Christmas period (1-31 December).
Returns and Exchanges : We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, with the option of a voucher, exchange or refund. Returns do not apply to outlet and B2B items. Items must be returned in perfect condition.
