Strisce a LED, come applicarle correttamente - Oniroview

Have you bought some LED strips to reinforce the lighting in some room of your home, but you don't know how to apply them or rather, do you want to do it in the best way? We at Oniroview will explain it to you on our blog, reminding you that if you are near via Piave in Catania, we can give you all the suggestions even live.

To begin with, we reassure you: there is nothing too complicated and the result you will get will be great satisfaction.

The password is creativity, because that corner of your kitchen, that base of the television, the bathroom mirror, or any other profile can receive a nice touch of character and vitality, with the right addition of light.

The LED strips are made up of many small LEDs, one behind the other. The higher the concentration of LEDs of the strip you have purchased, the greater the illumination you will get, and at the same time the light will be less dotted.

The coils of LED strips that you can buy are up to 10 meters long, so it will be necessary to take the measurements of the profile to be illuminated, to cut the piece you will need. The cut points are indicated on the strips, so use those sections to cut out the portion of the LED strip that will be most convenient for you. On the back of the strip there is an adhesive so, once you have made the cut, you just have to apply the strip doing a little pressure, so that it sticks well, without exaggerating, however, to avoid damaging the LEDs.

Once the strip has been applied, it will need to be connected to a transformer, how to choose the right one? It will be enough to keep a gap of 20% more. For example if the strip absorbs 15w / Mt the power supply must be more powerful by at least 20% more then 20w or 25w.

In via Piave there are different types of quality LED strips and we will help you choose the ones that best suit your needs.
