The wall-mounted TV , when the furniture and wiring allow it, is the most popular choice. In fact, one of the characteristics of LCD or Plasma TVs is precisely that of hanging them on the wall: seeing them placed on a shelf, like the old cathode ray tube televisions, certainly does not do justice to aesthetics and technology.
